Itabashi is finally here. He reached Singapore yesterday.

We brought him to Long beach for Chilli Crab. Welcome to Singapore

We got some games in. First VF5… I beat him most of the games. He lost his touch in the old school VF5 ver C

I got raped by him in SF4 though. Zangief is really one of Dictator’s worst match up. I played like 5 games with him. Lost all games.

Would have loved to play with him more. But he needed to rest and stuff since its his first day.

Some interesting stuff that he shared with us from the Japan SF4 scene:

• Daigo didnt play in May. Disappeared pretty much. Suddenly came back in June and became really really good.
• Itabashi is 5:5 against Daigo in May. Currently 8:2 in Daigo’s favor.
• Mago have problems with Daigo also around 8:2 in Daigo’s favor.
• Mago is well rounded and understood most of the match ups. He is able to play well against everyone except Daigo.
• Daigo lose to some random characters like Blanka, Abel, etc cos he havent fully grasped the match ups.
• Fu~ also known as Fuudo of VF fame beat Daigo 11games out of 15games.
• He didnt meet any dictators in Tokyo that can give him a good fight except one “no-named” Master rank dictator
• He says it isnt fun to play against dictator because it is a very bad match up for dictator.
• Dragonboy used Akuma for SBO. For those who dont know. He used to main Ken.
• He feels that Chun Li is a weak character. So C rank is a good rating for her right now. But Nuki and Nemo are really strong players though.
